INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by The Millionaire Concierge, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as your access to our website at themillionaireconciergellc.com. By engaging our services, contacting us, or accessing our website, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully before requesting or receiving any service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

1. SERVICES

The Millionaire Concierge, LLC provides professional concierge, staffing, corporate housing preparation, errand management, floral arrangement, pick-up and drop-off, event coordination, and personal concierge services to organizations and individuals in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion if the request falls outside the scope of our offerings, conflicts with our values, or cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeline.

Service details, scope, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing prior to service commencement through a service agreement, proposal, or invoice acknowledgment.

2. SERVICE AGREEMENTS & PROPOSALS

Prior to the commencement of services, The Millionaire Concierge, LLC will provide a written service proposal or agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and any special terms applicable to your engagement.

Services will not begin until a signed service agreement or written confirmation of acceptance has been received. Verbal agreements alone do not constitute a binding service commitment.

Custom proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, pricing and availability are subject to change.

3. FEES, RATES & PAYMENT

Pricing All fees are based on our published rate schedule or a custom proposal provided to you following your initial consultation. Rates are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in writing prior to service delivery.

Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to reserve and confirm your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Methods We accept payment via check, electronic transfer, and other methods as communicated at the time of service. All payments are due in the currency of the United States dollar (USD).

Late Payments Invoices not paid within 10 business days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The Millionaire Concierge, LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Returned Payments A fee of $35 will be assessed for any returned checks or failed electronic payments.

Taxes Clients are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with services rendered. Illinois sales tax will be applied to applicable materials and goods in accordance with Illinois state tax law.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining service balance.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Company-Initiated Cancellations In the rare event that The Millionaire Concierge, LLC must cancel a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer either a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.

Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.

5. RUSH & AFTER-HOURS SERVICES

Services requested on an urgent or same-day basis, or outside of normal business hours, are subject to a rush fee of 20–30% of the standard service rate. Rush and after-hours availability is not guaranteed and is subject to team availability at the time of the request.

6. TRAVEL & MILEAGE

Standard service delivery applies within the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana service areas. Services requested beyond 30 miles from our standard service territory may be subject to an additional travel fee. Mileage will be calculated at the current IRS standard mileage rate in effect at the time of service.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the highest quality of service, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
• Ensure safe and appropriate access to locations where services are to be performed
• Communicate any special requirements, restrictions, or preferences in advance
• Be available or designate a point of contact for questions or approvals during service delivery
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Treat all staff and representatives of The Millionaire Concierge, LLC with respect and professionalism

The Millionaire Concierge, LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or incomplete services resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. CORPORATE HOUSING CONCIERGE — SPECIFIC TERMS

For clients requesting corporate housing preparation services, the following additional terms apply:

• The client or authorized representative must provide verified access to the unit prior to the scheduled service date
• The Millionaire Concierge, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, missing items, or conditions present in the unit prior to our arrival
• A pre-service walkthrough checklist will be completed and provided to the client upon service completion
• Any specialty items, supplies, or materials requested by the client for unit stocking are subject to additional costs and applicable Illinois sales tax
• The Millionaire Concierge, LLC will handle all unit access information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

9. STAFFING SOLUTIONS — SPECIFIC TERMS

For clients engaging staffing services, the following additional terms apply:

• All candidates presented by The Millionaire Concierge, LLC are vetted to the best of our ability. However, the client assumes final hiring responsibility
• Placement fees are due upon the candidate's first day of employment or engagement
• Replacement guarantees, if applicable, will be outlined in the individual staffing agreement
• The client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any candidate introduced by The Millionaire Concierge, LLC for a period of 12 months without written consent and applicable placement fees
• Temporary staffing engagements are governed by the terms of the individual staffing agreement executed between the parties

10. FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS & PHYSICAL GOODS

For floral and physical goods services, the following terms apply:

• Due to the perishable nature of floral arrangements, all sales are final once the arrangement has been delivered or picked up
• Custom orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Rush floral orders may be subject to additional fees
• The Millionaire Concierge, LLC is not responsible for the longevity of floral arrangements after delivery, as this is subject to environmental conditions beyond our control
• Applicable Illinois sales tax will be collected on all physical goods and materials

11. CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

The Millionaire Concierge, LLC understands that our clients trust us with sensitive information, including personal schedules, business operations, housing details, financial data, and staffing needs. We are committed to the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion in all client engagements.

All employees, contractors, and representatives of The Millionaire Concierge, LLC are required to maintain client confidentiality. We will not disclose, share, or discuss client information with any unauthorized third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

Clients who require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to engagement are welcome to request one. We are happy to execute an NDA as part of our service agreement process.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Millionaire Concierge, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Millionaire Concierge, LLC is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, traffic conditions, third-party supplier failures, or other force majeure events.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Millionaire Concierge, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of The Millionaire Concierge, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings to be held in Cook County, Illinois.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Millionaire Concierge, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or written notice to active clients. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any signed service agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Millionaire Concierge, LLC with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
